COMMUNICATION & ELECTRIC UTILITIES

Since 1965, ECI's main specialty has been providing construction services to the communications and electrical utility services industry. We have worked on a variety of projects ranging from the installation of short runs of underground telephone conduit (banks of up to 48 ducts) to plowing nearly 100 miles of innerduct conduit along the New England Central Railroad from White River Junction to Burlington, Vermont.

Our utility services include:

• Pipe bores by traditional pipe jacking, pushing, or mole techniques

ECI has also performed several large design-build projects for the University of Vermont and local communications providers. Two of our design-build projects involved underground conduit along NHDOT/USFS roads in Pinkham and Kinsman Notch in New Hampshire.
