ECI Rail Constructors was formally incorporated in 2005 after several years of performing these services as Engineers Construction. ECI Rail has expanded considerably since its inception. In early 2007, ECI acquired Spurtrak, a small track contractor in Western Massachusetts. This new acquisition allowed ECI Rail to expand its range and provide even more track services.
In addition to all of ECI’s assets. ECI Rail has several specialty pieces of railroad equipment, including:
