Personnel:
ECI Rail Constructors is headed by Eugene Trombly, former roadmaster of New England
Central Railroad. Mr. Trombly's extensive knowledge and experience in
track work and maintence provide ECI with the ability to tackle a variety
of railroad projects.
Ken and Alan Pidgeon
are our on-staff registered professional engineers. Their expertise
in geotechnical, structural, railroad and construction engineering provide
us with a unique consulting and design-build capability.
