ECI is a leading expert in design and construction of waterfront structures on Lake Champlain. Alan Pidgeon, PE (ECI’s founder) has designed and constructed a variety of waterfront structures throughout the 46 plus years that ECI has been in business. Ken Pidgeon, PE (President of ECI) was a geotechnical engineer prior to returning to the family business. Ken’s specialty as a geotechnical engineer was earth retaining structures.
