ECI Interviewed by Addison Independent on Lake Champlain Natural Gas Pipeline Crossing
The proposed Phase II of the VGS Transmission Line Expansion will include a 4,000 linear foot crossing under Lake Champlain to serve the International Paper plant in Ticonderoga, NY. The pipeline will be installed by horizontal directional drilling methods. Ken Pidgeon (ECI), Jeff Nelson (consulting firm VHB), and Steve Wark (Vermont Gas spokesperson) were recently interviewed by Mr. John Flowers of the Addison County Independent.
