Gasoline, kerosene, diesel, other petroleum fuels, and possibly other products that we use are subject to OSHA Standards 1926.152.  The scope of this standards, as it applies to us, includes:

• Storage container requirements
• Container Labeling & Placarding
• Storage Requirements for inside of Buildings
• Fire Protection
• Containment Systems
• Other Items

OHSA 1926.152 – Storage of Flammable & Combustible Liquids

In addition to OSHA, we are also subject DOT requirements for handling, storing, labeling, placarding, and transporting these liquids.
