Vermont Transportation Act 158 goes into affect tomorrow with a few changes relative to motor vehicle rules, including:

• 4-ft minimum clearance for “vulnernable users”
• Yielding to “vulnerable users” when entering traffic
• $25 to $100 fine for cyclist impeding traffic when riding two abreast
