Portland cement concrete is a mixture of Portland cement, fine aggregate (sand), course aggregate (stone), water, and additives to modify the material properties. Reinforcing steel is added to the concrete to provide tensile strength. The end result is reinforced concrete. ECI specializes in several types of concrete construction including commercial and residential slabs and foundations, retaining walls, bridge approaches, bridge piers, and decorative concrete infrastructures.
