Pipelines are built for transporting or conveying liquid or gas such as sewer, water, stormwater, natural gas, etc. Pipelines are built from a variety of modern materials like steel, aluminum, ductile iron, concrete, and various types of plastic. In addition to traditional excavation methods, ECI has a variety of ways to install pipelines like directional drilling, auger boring, and several variations of these methods. We also have a variety of methods of joining the sections of pipe, such as HDPE and PVC fusion, traditional steel welding, ductile iron welding, and others.
ECI has qualified workers for all aspects of pipeline construction. Our certifications include HDPE and PVC pipe fusion and OQ (operator qualified) training for PHMSA for work on gas pipelines.
