ECI is a fully capable rail constructor. Our experience includes track work, bridges, at-grade crossings (signal and track), drainage system repairs, and embankment stabilization. We have successfully performed work as unique as the automation of a 100-year-old swing span movable bridge and the lowering of track inside of an active rail tunnel by 2.5 feet. ECI understand how to work on railroads in ways that accommodate rail traffic.
